Our donations are made through vetted Social Service Organizations and 501C3 Charities nationwide.
We’re always sorry to hear about unfortunate circumstances. While we strive to help people and the environment through our giving initiatives, we are unable to offer extended discounts or facilitate donations to individuals in need. We have a donation program in place for our returned products and these items are sent to vetted Social Service Organizations and 501C3 Charities nationwide who donate directly to the individuals and families that they work with.
How can I get vetted via an organization? What is required to qualify through an organization?
Depending on your particular circumstances, there may be a mission organization in your area that serves individuals suffering from similar ailments. Google searches can help reveal these organizations. Each organization will have its own list of requirements in order to become a client. We encourage you to get in touch with them directly and inquire about what type of verification would need to be provided in order to get affiliated with them.
Once you get successfully added to the list, have them get in touch with our Sustainability Team directly. If needs align, we’ll be happy to add them to our donation network and reach out as products become available in the area.
What types of organizations do you work with for returns?
We work with a wide variety of mission-driven organizations across the US. Our partners address many social challenges including homelessness, survivors of domestic abuse and women's services, recovering addicts, refugees, disabled and chronically ill, natural disaster victims, impoverished regions and more.
Can you give me any specific examples in my area?
We’re unable to provide leads on any organizations in your area given that they all have different criteria in terms of what types of clientele that they’ll work with. We encourage you to use perform searches of your area based on your conditions and region.
