Covid-19 has caused the nationwide retail closings and a dramatic shift to direct-to-consumer commerce. This has overwhelmed the FedEx, UPS, USPS, and our In-Home Delivery Partners. As a result, delays in the availability of tracking information and in traditional ship times are being impacted and sometimes greatly extended (read more here). These factors are impacting all direct-to-consumer commerce and are beyond our ability to control or forecast. We appreciate your understanding during these times.

The impact of Covid-19 is a sobering reality for all of us. It’s moments like these that we are reminded of the importance of kindness and empathy — and that we must do our part to foster healthy communities.
During this outbreak, our first priority is to maintain a safe and supportive work environment for our team — from our farms, to our factories, to our offices — and to do everything we can to join the fight against Covid-19. To help limit the spread of the disease, we’ve asked the majority of our team to work from home during this uncertain time. Our talented seamstresses are also now safely making reusable, organic cotton face masks in our American factory. And as part of our Giving Program, through which we donate 1% of all corporate revenues to vetted environmental nonprofits, we've supported EcoHealth Alliance, whose mission is to prevent the migration of deadly disease spilling over from animals into humans to stop pandemics and promote conservation.
Of course, our second priority is to continue to deliver excellent products and service to our customers. Our Santa Monica and Hoboken Experience Centers are now open, but we kindly ask shoppers to wear face masks while in the store.
As the world responds to mitigate this pandemic, we may experience delays and challenges beyond our control, based on the impact to specific regions and government guidance. This includes:

- In-home delivery services available in select markets only, based on local restrictions in your area.
